⭐ Personalizing your product

Unfortunately, not. All font styles and colors are pre-set by our wonderful design team. If you are concerned about the text being illegible or visible feel free to contact our rockstar customer service team through email at hello@luvparty.com.au We’re here to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm AEST
Your text may be printed smaller than what is shown in our example images or you may be contacted to change the text. We do recommend sticking to the character limits displayed on each product page for the best looking labels!
Unfortunately not. Your text will be printed exactly as you enter it on our website. Our wonderful processing team may catch some of these errors and contact you to confirm your text, but this is not guaranteed. It is IMPORTANT for you to double check your order before submitting it and to review your confirmation email very carefully.
You are welcome to leave any text line blank. Simply enter "NO TEXT" in the text line(s) text box.
Yes, however, a cancellation fee may be applied on personalized orders if our production team has already printed your custom made labels..
Unfortunately, not at this time. We would be happy to send you a sample of an item for a small fee. This lets you to get a closer look at the product so you can see if it will fit into your celebration. If you’re wanting a sample of a personalized item, we will send you a random sample label as close as we can to your specifications, but we don’t print labels solely for sample orders.

🛍️ Orders & Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Twint (for Swiss customers). All payments are securely processed through trusted gateways.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at hello@luvparty.com.au.ch. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Yes! You can select gift options during checkout or purchase a digital gift card from our shop.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia and selected international destinations. More countries will be added soon.
  • Switzerland: 2–4 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer free shipping in Switzerland for orders over CHF 80.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Read our full Refund & Return Policy for details.

Email hello@luvparty.com.au with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through the return process.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we’ll make it right.
